We are proud to introduce the cohort taking part in our Southeast Michigan Arts Leaders as Cultural Innovators program. These fifteen executive and artistic directors will spend six months working with seasoned facilitators this year to learn the discipline of adaptive changemaking and strategies for driving organizational innovation.
We run this leadership development program in cities and regions around the country and are pleased to be offering it locally for the first time. Get in touch. ALACI equips seasoned and rising leaders with a set of practices that empowers them to act as collaborative hosts and imagine innovative solutions to emerging challenges.
Through the ALACI fellowship and other EmcArts programs I've participated in, I've been able to build a set of tools that have been invaluable in guiding the Anton Art Center to learn our way through situations or contexts that have no clear path forward. The Arts Leaders as Cultural Innovators program was designed and for years presented by the nonprofit arts consulting group EmcArts.
